We believe that you will be delighted with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email sales@dtbaits.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods. Our customer service team will allocate you Returns Authorisation Code.

Please provide your order number or account details when contacting us.

Note: Your Returns Authorisation Code must be clearly marked on the packaging, not on the item itself.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If you need to return an item, which is faulty, please contact us by telephone on +441376 502311, alternatively email us at sales@dtbaits.co.uk. We will allocate a returns number and arrange a refund or replacement. Please provide your order number or account details when contacting us.

All faulty goods must be returned within 20 days of the date on which you received it, or in the case of frozen product notify us on receipt of goods.

In the event of you returning goods to us that are faulty we will refund your postage, having agreed the most cost efficient means of carriage.

Important: Returns postage cost can only be refunded if a proof of postage is provided.

You (the customer) will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We strongly advise you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
